When will my pre-order ship?
We'll email you the moment each product is ready. Pre-ordering locks in the discounted price now; you're not charged a rupee until launch.
Can I change or cancel my pre-order?
Write in with the email you used to reserve. We'll sort it out, no questions asked.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, on everything, within a reasonable window of delivery if something isn't right. Tell us what happened and we'll make it easy.
Can you help with a medical question about my period pain?
We can explain exactly how our products work. What we can't do is diagnose you. Severe, new, or unusual pain deserves a doctor's appointment, not an email from us.
