Pre-orders and pricing

Reserving a product locks in its founder price. There's no charge today — reserving costs nothing and isn't a completed purchase. When a product is ready, we'll email you to complete your order at the price you reserved, even if the retail price has since gone up. Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees and may change for people who haven't reserved.

We may not be able to fulfil every reservation — for example if a product is delayed, changed, or discontinued. If that happens, you're free and clear: a reservation is a promise to tell you first, not an obligation on either side to buy or sell.

Changing or cancelling a reservation

You can change or cancel a reservation any time before you complete your order — just write to hello@reliefcare.store from the address you used, and we'll sort it out, no questions asked.

The nature of our products

Relief tools are wellness devices, not medical devices or treatments. They're designed to ease everyday period discomfort. They don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and they're not a substitute for professional medical care. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If your pain is severe, new, or unusual, please see a doctor — it could be something like endometriosis that needs proper attention.

Each product page lists its safety notes and who it isn't suitable for. Please read them, and follow the instructions that come with the product.

Returns

Once products ship, we'll offer returns on everything within a reasonable window of delivery if something isn't right. Tell us what happened and we'll make it easy. Full return details will be provided with your order at launch.

Comments and submissions

If you post a comment or send us a note, keep it lawful and civil — no spam, no abuse, nothing that infringes someone else's rights. We moderate comments and may edit or remove anything that breaks these terms, without notice. By posting, you give us permission to display your comment on the site.

Intellectual property

The Relief name, the site's text, and its design are ours, and are protected by law. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, Relief isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
