The exact format that's been tested against ibuprofen

It's the same ~40°C warmth as the Relief · Warmth belt, just in a stick-and-forget patch. An iron-chip heat patch of this exact kind matched ibuprofen for period pain in a clinical trial: no charging, no wires, nothing to remember except sticking it on.

Warmth you put on once and forget about, for as long as the day needs it.

The cheapest way to find out if heat works for you

Every other tool in this range is a one-time purchase. Patches are the exception, and the easiest way to try heat before you commit to a belt.

  • Flat under clothing: nobody at the meeting table knows it's there.
  • Nothing to charge or wash: no wires, no belt, no maintenance — open, stick, done.
  • Lasts the whole shift: up to 8–12 hours of warmth from one patch.
  • Cheap enough to keep stocked: a box of 5 for travel, school, or the office desk drawer, with subscribe & save if you want it on autopilot.

How to use

Three steps, and it's out of mind for the day

  1. Tear open the wrapper right before you want warmth — the patch activates on contact with air.
  2. Peel the backing and stick it to the outside of your underwear, over the area that hurts. Never directly onto skin.
  3. Wear normally for up to 8–12 hours, then remove and dispose of the patch.

⚠️ Safety notes

  • Stick to fabric only — never directly onto skin.
  • Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
  • Remove immediately if you feel excessive heat or discomfort.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Patches soothe real pain; they don't cure it. If pain is severe or new, please see a doctor.

FAQ

Questions people ask before buying

How long does one patch last?
Up to 8–12 hours from the moment you open the wrapper, at a steady ~40°C.
Can I wear it on my skin directly?
No. It's built to stick to the outside of your underwear or clothing, not to skin.
Is it as good as the Warmth belt?
Same ~40°C, same evidence behind it. What you give up is adjustable levels and massage; what you get back is something disposable, silent, and small enough to forget in a bag.
Can I reuse a patch?
No — single-use only. Being disposable is what lets it stay this thin and this simple; a reusable version wouldn't be either.
